The Task Force, which is co-chaired by Cambridge Family and Children’s Service and The Home for Little Wanderers, engages public, private and nonprofit representatives to ensure that youth aging out of the Department of Social Services (DSS) have lifelong connections with one or more adult(s), are fully prepared for education, work and life, and are contributing members to their communities.
