2 weeks vacation is given annually to all full-time staff for their first two years. 3 weeks vacation is given for the third and fourth years. After 5 years, 4 weeks is given annually. The hours can rolled over each year to the maximum an employee should earn in any one year. For those staff working less than 37.5 hours a week the amount of time will be prorated.
